Cesar Chavez is having their Spring Talent Show on Thursday April 11, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. and it is being presented by the Cesar Chavez Singing Titans. It will take place in the auditorium and anyone can come and attend the event. Students with I.D will pay $3 dollars and those without I.D will pay $5 dollars.

Students that are planning on performing in the talent show can retrieve an application in Mrs. Kleinert’s room, F 147. Students should make sure that their song has no sort of profanity as well as  fill out all the information that is needed on the application. Students will also be required to turn in sample lyrics of the song that they will be singing at the competition.

For the talent show, students will be competing for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place and each rank comes with a different award. “In the past years people will win either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place at the talent show, and they would win a variety of things such as a rose bouquet with chocolates or even gift cards to local restaurants or stores,” Mrs. Kleinert cheerily stated.

When the CCHS Singing Titans hold this event they invite guest performers that are usually former graduates from Chavez. This year’s talent show will be ran the same as always as there will be 3 judges and 11 performers. Make sure to be there and support the CCHS Singing Titans event.
