The Day Of
Blog #6
Saturday, April 26 was the day of the Quince. I was worrying all morning about my hair and being late but it ended up going good. Michelle and Jessica had to help me fix my dress because it was too big but we got that situated after about 30 minutes of trying. We rode in a white limo, the boys weren’t turning up but most of the girls were. After we went to the Mas (church) we drove over to UOP to take pictures. After the pictures were over we went to the Fillipino Club. We ate and chilled for a bit. The nerves didn’t kick in until it was time for us to start dancing, I might have cried out of nervousness… Our dance teacher, Stephanie, came out to help us and calm us down. The dancing went by so fast, we all did great! Once the party really got started I left with my boyfriend so we can hang out before the night was over. We laughed, cried, hugged and watched fireworks. Towards the end of the night everyone started leaving, we helped clean up and went our seperate ways. If I could rewind time I would go back to that day.
