Morning Madness Returns
Cesar Chavez High School welcomes Good Morning Sacramento back to our campus for the 3rd Morning Madness. Last year we took a break from Morning Madness for an “All School” rally. However, after popular demand from students and staff Morning madness is returning Friday, September 28.
Morning Madness is a rally put on by Good Day Sacramento that shows school spirit and gets students hyped for homecoming, which happens once a year. The leadership students have been doing Morning Madness for at least 3 years, but took a break last year to try a new event. The madness begins at 6:30 and will be located in the gymnasium. Doors will be open at 6:00 a.m. for students to begin finding seats. Students also must bring school IDs to enter. Any Chavez students can attend as long as you are in before the door closes.
Chavez will also have clubs performing for the students at the event. Clubs performing will be Polynesian, Filipino, Titan Band, Dance, Winter Guard, and much more. Good Morning Sacramento News will be showing our school spirit on TV to Northern Californians across the state.
For any questions regarding Morning Madness please contact leadership students in charge of the event; Hannah Chan and Amira Kurnfuli.
Martha Robles is a Junior at CCHS.
