Circle Of Friends
Circle of Friends is not just a club, but a family. Circle of Friends is a club at Cesar Chavez, holding about 200+ students. Circle of friends is an approach to enhancing the inclusion of any young person who is experiencing difficulties in school because of a disability, personal crisis or because of their challenging behavior towards others. The club meets every first Thursday of the month. In the time that we meet, Adilena Lopez (club President), talks about the events that the club is going to have. They recently did a tye-dye event for the club. They have fun events throughout the year to get the friends involved in (i.e. end of the year bbq, winter wonderland). Circle of Friends is also counted as a community service program. If you would like to join, go to D104 during your lunch for an application.
Ashley Vang is a Senior at CCHS.

Hi Circle of Friends.
The work that you all are doing is invaluable and I’m grateful to know that in my search I found other friends fostering the values of love and safety for all.
Peace and love,
