Dave Bautista has officially stated that he will be leaving his contract from Marvel earlier than scheduled and is now planning on playing Bane in the new Suicide Squad movie.

Bautista has been on the edge of his limit with James Gunn being fired recently due to past offensive tweets he made many years ago. Bautista was not happy with the decision of the director being fired.

Although it has been rumored that he would breach his contract from Guardians of the Galaxy 3, it is now true because of James Gunn being hired to write and direct Suicide Squad 2.

Bautista is scheduled to meet with Marvel later this month or early November to finalize the decision. For now the Suicide Squad is getting a strong new member to there team, and maybe more.
