Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack Trailer Reveals New Characters

Warner Bros. and developer NetherRealm Studios revealed the full roster of the fighting game’s Mortal Kombat 11’s new Kombat Pack. The content became downloadable on August 21 at Gamescom 2019, confirming previously teased characters such as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator T-800, Todd McFarlane’s Spawn, and DC Comics’ Joker. You can get a peek at the characters in the reveal trailer, alongside already released fighters Shang Tsung and Nightwolf. Release dates for those DLC characters are also confirmed. The Terminator will be next in the lineup, coming Oct. 8th, while Spawn will close out the Kombat Pack roster on March 17, 2020.

It’s worth mentioning that these characters have been datamined out of the game a long time ago. The Terminator and Joker were found by datamining fans, while Todd McFarlane, the creator of Spawn, outed the character back in December. Spawn was officially confirmed, as were Shang Tsung, Sindel, and Nightwolf, in late May.

Mortal Kombat 11’s Kombat Pack is $39.99; however, fans who bought the $99.99 premium edition will have it included. In addition to the fighters, Kombat Pack owners will get a bunch of other skins for existing roster members, and a week early access to new content.
