Some games that released in 2022

This year for gaming was good, but next year looks even better for gaming. Before we get ready for the many games coming out in 2023, let’s look back at some of the games that were released in 2022.

In January we got Deep Rock Galactic, Rainbow Six Extraction, Pokémon Legends Arceus, and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection.

In February we got Life is Strange: Remastered Collection, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Sifu, Crossfire X, Cyberpunk 2077 Series X/S and PS5 upgrade, Horizon Forbidden West, Destiny 2: The Witch Queen expansion, Grid Legends, and the game of the year winner Elden Ring.

In March we got Shadow Warrior 3, Gran Turismo 7, Tunic, The Ascent, GhostWire: Tokyo, Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, and Death Stranding Director’s Cut.

In April we got Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, MLB the Show 22, The House of the Dead Remake, The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe, and Nintendo Switch Sports.

In May we got Evil Dead: The Game, and Sniper Elite 5.

In June we got Mario Strikers: Battle League, The Quarry, Resident Evil 2, 3 Series X upgrade, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout more console releases, Sonic Origins, Portal: Companion Collection Nintendo Switch, and Cuphead the Delicious Last Course.

In July we got Power Wash Simulator, As Dusk Falls, and the best indie game winner Stray.

In August we got MultiVersus, Rollerdome, Kirby’s Dream Buffet, Madden NFL 23, the disappointing Saints Row, Destroy All Humans 2: Reprobed, and TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection.

In September we got The Last of Us Part 1 Remaster, Splatoon 3, NBA 2k23, Deathloop Xbox release, and Shovel Knight Dig.

In October we got Overwatch 2, Nier: Automata switch release, No Man’s Sky switch release, NHL 23, Scorn, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, the disappointing Gotham Knights, New Tales from the Borderlands, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 2022, Resident Evil Village: Winters’ Expansion, and Bayonetta 3.

In November we got Sonic Frontiers, God of War Ragnarok, Pentiment, Goat Simulator 3, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me, Evil West, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

And in December we got The Callisto Protocol, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Need for Speed Unbound, Hello Neighbor 2, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Xbox Series X/S and PS5 upgrade

These are some of the games that came out this year, next year is full of games and we can’t wait to see what 2023 will release.
