Jhené came out to Sacramento this Tuesday, following her appearance at the San Francisco show the day prior. Held at the Golden 1 Center, the stadium was packed in every section. That stadium had many parking availabilities, but prices skyrocketed with the event in place.
As soon as you enter the area, security is put in place to check bags, metal detector tests, etc. However, the Golden 1 Center has a strict bag policy that unfortunately delayed many fans from going and returning their bags to their car. Once you pass security, you scan your ticket like any other concert and find your section. On the base floor, there were food stands and merchandise. Higher sections (200s) are on the bridge level, which is the very top floor.
With a total of four openers, the opening section lasted nearly two hours with DJ breaks in between. Based on the experience, there wasn’t one performer that was underwhelming. Every one of them is musically talented and entertained the arena during their sets.
Onto the main act, Jhené performed a majority of her songs and had the prettiest sets that suited each song. Throughout her tour, she has been bringing out her older sister, Mila J. Mila released some of her popular songs that brought everyone back to 2014-2016. The stage presence did not disappoint and there wasn’t a moment that could’ve been considered boring.
The night was one to remember for anyone who attended. The only downside that I noticed was the fights that happened right after. I didn’t see one due to crowds but videos soon spread online of the occurrences.
