This little device, the Stanoton, is thankfully making trick or treating possible in 2020.

Children’s candy to be checked for viruses instead of blades this halloween (h)

COVID hit years a go, but is still changing the way we live our lives daily. One of those changes is happening to Halloween and trick or treating. This year California has warned about trick or treating and to only do it very close to your home so we do not spread the virus.

We are still trying our best to get things back to normal and find the safest way possible to do things. One of those things is holidays which are especially for children. This year parents decided in order for their kids to trick or treat it’s a must that they wear masks and instead of checking candy for razors or poison parents must now check the candy for viruses.

Now, you may be thinking how will the parents check for viruses, well scientists have created a new device called “Stanoton.”

The “Stanoton” is a device that parents can use to check their children’s candy for the deadly Coronavirus.

So far pre-orders for the Stanoton have reached over 3 million. This device has convinced a lot of parents to let kids go trick or treating this year. How it works is it scans the candy either for “Not Detected” or “Detected” and the price is only $30 on Amazon, it is also FDA-approved.
