Tumbling with Cheer!
Cheerleading is an physical activity that takes at least one to three minutes, which contains many moves of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers and stunts.
Monique Arceo is in the JV cheer team, her and the other cheer girls practice their routines at least two hours a day. Arceo and her team practice their routines really hard they focus on the goal they set for their selves as a team.They focus on being careful in practice especially when they practice on the stunts. Arceo personal goal in cheer is to learn how to tumble in their performance, she has an important person she looks up too.

Cheer leading is perform by experts, to perform their activities, they must be as strong as any football player, as steady as any dancer and as flexible as the best gymnasts. To others cheer may look easy but its not actually, it take years to practicing and becoming a skilled cheerleader. There are injuries in this intense activity and it not really safe, cheerleaders get injured in their events even in practices. The sport that cheerleadig mostly perform in is a college or high school football teams. Cheer practices really hard for their performances for events or competitions. Arceo has an inspiration to be a cheerleader.
